Join us for the San Francisco Net Tuesday on September 9:
Involver: How Nonprofits Can Create Video Campaigns for Social Networks.
Eddie Codel of eddie.com, is the co-founder and producer of Geek Entertainment TV (GETV), a short form interview style videoblog that pokes from inside the bubble as it re-inflates. Eddie has also produced a series of video interviews for the Net Squared site.
Geek Entertainment TV targets interesting geeks in the geek-o-sphere, probing for the humanity behind technology. Eddie co-founded the Webzine conference series in 1998, an independent media forum for learning and collaborating on DIY publishing efforts. He continues to be a core organizer of the event, which took place most recently in San Francisco in 2005. Another Webzine is in the works for 2006. Eddie is also known agitator of Survival Research Labs, a San Francisco-based menacing machine arts group that rarely does shows anymore.
