About TechSoup Global

TechSoup Global, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was founded in 1987 on the belief that technology is a powerful enabler for social change around the world.

Headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Warsaw and London, TechSoup Global connects nonprofits around the world with vital resources by providing donated technology products and educational resources to social benefit organizations.

Key to these local technology-capacity-building efforts is TechSoup Global’s rapidly expanding network of partner NGOs, which is currently operating in 40 countries — projected to reach 100 countries by 2015. Its Global Data Services program is aimed at gaining insights about the global NGO sector. It is complemented by the Community-Driven Innovation program, home of NetSquared, that fosters grassroots engagement and action around technology with face-to-face meetings in 50 cities around the world. In addition, CDI hosts local challenges in key regions of the world that engage technologists and civil society activists to deliver Internet and mobile solutions, tackling pressing local issues such as government transparency, government
efficiency, corruption, and rule of law.
