13th Annual Webby Winners Announced
The winners of the 13th Annual Webby Awards have been announced. The best of the Web awards have been selected in over 100 different categories, which include Website, Interactive, Advertising, Mobile and Film & Video. The winners include those that are academy selected as well as "People's Voice" winners.
Special Achievement Awards winners include Trent Reznor (for Artist of the Year), Sarah Silverman (for Best Actress) and Twitter (for Breakout of the Year).
On a personal note, I am excited to point out that the ever-awesome do-gooders DoSomething.org, ever-hilarious finger-pointers FailBlog and ever-passionate environment-savers The Nature Conservancy all won "People's Voice" awards (for the categories "Youth," "Weird" AND "Humor," and "Charitable Organizations and Noprofit" respectively).
