belated thanks + upcoming...

Hello world. Back from a brief period of decompressing. (I spent the last few days watering my plants and organizing my life. Feel free to inquire within for more info.)
Before I get too far along into my action folder, I wanted to

1. Thank a few people that deserve a proper 'thank you'
2. Share what I'll be working on this week

1. Thank you's:
http://www.bethkanter.org, thanks for all of your time, wisdom and support with moving the Project Champion and Business Mentor ideas forward. Your work helped to ensure every project had a Project Champion and Business Mentor to help them prepare for the event. Your stamina, flexibility and commitment to the cause made it happen. Thanks again, Beth.

http://www.alexandrasamuel.com, http://www.RobCottingham.ca and the gang at http://www.SocialSignal.com:
Thank you for your insight and expertise as our primary web consultants on this project. And thanks for your ongoing contribution as community builders and evangelists. Social Signal's participatory approach to community development continues to inspire and illustrate how this stuff works in the real world.

2. Upcoming Netsquared-related activities:
Developing approach to identify
(a) what's broken
(b) what worked
(c) what's missing from the pov of our various stakeholders

Specifically, I'll be reaching out to featured projects and mentors w/ a short survey to begin to get at a+b+c above.
I promise to be mindful of your time and attention, and will do my best to ensure we're asking the right questions.

On that note, two more things for all netsquared project applicants, featured projects and their respective mentors :

1. If you shared feedback with me at the event and want to make sure we incorporate that into n2y3 planning, pls use the comments below to share the good, the bad and the ugly.

2. Re our approach to identifying 'learnings' and incorporating into the next version....

What questions would you ask the community to help improve the content, design and process within the N2 community?
Pls drop those ideas in the comments, too.

More real soon...
