Jennifer just shared some useful information that many featured projects have been inquiring about.

Here's the deal about the "Project Carnival", the time when conference participants have an opportunity to speak with Featured Projects 1:1 to learn more about their work.
From the Featured Project point of view, this will be an opportunity to share take-home information (brochures, resources, pictures, etc.) with conference participants as well as answer any questions you didn't have time to address during the feedback sessions.

Everything you need to know about the Project Carnival:

* Carnival takes place in the main open conference room (the same set up as the first morning of the event)

* There are nearly 40 round tables arranged evenly throughout the space (there won't be time to put them in a circle, or rows, or any other configuration)

* The room will be open to Project Presenters only, at 1:30pm (during end of lunch); there will be 20 mins. to set up before the room is open to all attendees

* You will choose your table, and arrange it any way you like
The table is a round that seats 10 (we don't have the exact dimensions, but can get them if needed), and the chairs will be arranged around it - you can use the chairs as an inviting way for people to sit down and chat, or you can do your best to ignore them and stand during the carnival if you prefer (in typical tradeshow booth fashion)

* The tables are equipped with power strips, so there will be no shortage of electricity
Feel free to display marketing/promotional literature, banners, photos, slides, videos, etc. anything and everything you can fit on the table is fine

* Your only limitations are 1). Time (20 mins.), and 2). the fact that any slides, videos or web pages will need to be shown on your own laptop at your table, since there won't be access to the large pull down screens in the room (NOTE: if you don't have a laptop, please let us know so that we can help make arrangements for you to borrow one during this time)
