Are You Going to NTC?
Hey Net2!
How many of you are going to NTC, NTEN's Nonprofit Technology Conference in New Orleans March 19-21? I'll be there and so will Susan Tenby, TechSoup's Senior Community Manager.
We were thinking about having some kind of casual meetup for folks in the NetSquared/TechSoup community to chat and socialize. In 2006 folks met at IIvar's Acre of Clams in Seattle. In 2007 they joined in on a Net Tuesday in Washington, DC.
Let us know in the comments: 1. if you are going, 2. if you'd be interested in getting together, 3. if you have any suggestions for places to meet near the Sheraton New Orleans (where the conference is being held).

Hey Y'all! We look forward to having you in town this March. New Orleans would not have survived the levee failures but for the "kindness of strangers", volunteers just like you. Believe it. I posted you into today's NO News Ladder.
The House of Blues is just a couple of blocks down Decatur St from the Shereton and has a great restaurant and kickin' Happy Hour and plenty of room.
However the Rising Tide 2 had our meet & greet at Buffa's on Esplanade Ave at the bottom of the French Quarters. Very local, Buffa's really set us up well and we wanted for nothing. Escellent Food. Great Drinks in an old bar with our own little party room. So comfortable. I highly recommend them.
You are going to have so much fun in The City That Care Forgot---But NOT the NTC!
