Last month Changing the Present launched a Changing the Present Facebook application that allows Facebook users to give friends the gift of a $1 contribution to a nonprofit. I just installed the application and was surprised to discover that I had already received two gifts! A contribution to the Global Fund for Women from Robert Tolmach of WellGoodLLC (a consulting firm working with Changing the Present), and a contribution to Amnesty International from nonprofit tech consultant, Deborah Elizabeth Finn.

Changing the Present is a website of the nonprofit, ImportantGifts, that facilitates donors' giving the gift of a donation with wish lists, registries and printed greeting cards.

Robert Tolmach also emailed me last month to ask me to let you all know that now all nonprofits can get a free Enhanced Listing on Changing the Present.
