MAPLight.org is an award-winning website providing unprecedented transparency around money and politics. We are a free resource that shows how campaign contributions impact legislation. We are seeking a talented, motivated individual to spread the word about our resources through MySpace, Facebook, and other online networks.
This volunteer internship is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering work in politics, nonprofits, and marketing.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience using social networks
5 hours per week minimum, 10 or more preferable
HTML
Motivated by MAPLight.org's mission and work
Experience in graphic design a plusFlexible hours Reimbursement stipend for travel and office expenses
