William (Bill) Lester will be acting as a Project Champion for HELP Telemedicine Mobile Medical Clinic Network.

William is the Chief Information Officer for EngenderHealth. A visionary in nonprofit use of ICT (particularly in low-resource settings), Bill is well-known in the nonprofit technology community, and is a popular speaker at many industry gatherings. Bill has been an NTEN board member for the past 6 years, participates on the advisory committees for NPOWER and KABISSA, and is a founding member of the NonProfit Organizations Knowledge Initiative (NPOKI). A strong proponent of social entrepreneurship, Bill works worldwide to promote and encourage problem-solvers. His personal mission is "Imagine-Build-Connect".
