Ever since Ask Your Lawmaker (AYL) was chosen to participate in the Net2 Mashup Challenge, we've been honored. Of course its a great thrill just to be nominated, but what we'd really like is to find that right person to help us make the most of this opportunity.

We at AYL have always tried to offer a relevant experience for our users while providing a fun platform for them to participate in democracy. The right Net2 Mashup project leader for us should be sensitive to our ambitions, realize our full growth potential, and not be afraid of reaching for the stars.

In short, we are looking for a that special someone who takes a holistic approach to web development. They should have a strong technical foundation, a good eye for design, and embraces the importance of usability.
