A few days ago millions of people across the globe made a resolution when they woke up to the New Year. For the most part, it was a promise to change. It might be health-related – a new diet, a personal goal – learn to play guitar, or career oriented – get that promotion. The larger the commitment though, the less likely we are to see the change we’re preparing to work for. How many times have we all committed to those large, yet ambiguous resolutions?
