Howdy! This is gunner from Aspiration (www.aspirationtech.org), introducing myself in advance of the festivities next week. I've been working with Billy and the N2Y4 team designing the agenda, and I wanted to share some thoughts about some of the sessions we'll helping to facilitate.
We'll keep the details a little mysterious until day-of, but the "Interactive Wake-up Call" on the first morning will be a chance for participants to stretch their legs and meet some new friends before settling in to hear the Featured Project pitches.
At the end of the second morning, we'll pause after all the scheduled project and topical sessions have finished, and engage in a set of "Reflections" sessions, where participants will be invited to collaboratively brainstorm "ah-hah's", questions, and other observations based on what they've heard over the first one and a half days, in terms of the opportunities, challenges, and realities of mobile technology for social change. We'll capture these reflections, and put them to use in figuring out how to continue the N2Y4 momentum and collaboration past the end of the live event.
During the voting period on the second afternoon, we'll be running the N2Y4 "Knowledge Sharing Fest" in the big room. Each table will be hosted by a mobile practitioner who will share knowledge on a particular mobile topic, skill, or methodology. Participants will be invited to move from table to table, engaging in question-driven learning and discussion on a wide range of topics. Examples of scheduled tables include "How to write an iPhone App", "Setting up a Twitter Campaign", "Data Meshes for Mobile", "Working With FrontlineSMS", and "Mobile Gaming". If you've got mobile knowledge you'd like to share at the Fest, please be in touch with me and we'll get you slotted in!
Overall, we're really looking forward to being a part of N2Y4. There will be an amazing amount of mobile knowledge and experience present, and we're anticipating an extremely interactive and collaborative gathering. We hope to see you there!

Agenda interactivity N2Y4 Knowledge Share Fest comment
I was already psyched to attend the N2Y4 conference and knowing that Gunner is involved in mysteriousing us for the conference is just icing on the cake (or retweets on the tweets as the case may be). Can't wait!
Here are ideas for some potential topics for the share fest... though it's more like soft stuff to meld with the good mobile techie discussions.
* How to tell your story in 140 characters or less (techniques for adapting content for mobile technology/SMS)
* Skills and Frills: Teaching your audience how to simply engage in the technology, and have fun in the process
* Help! Techniques or mobile applications for politely asking others to help with the good cause, and to ask their friends to engage, and to ask THEIR friends to engage.
