This was my second NetSquared conference - at N2Y3 I was a competitor with MoveSmart.org and this year worked for NetSquared coordinating the featured projects and helping them prepare for the conference. Both years were intense experiences, although in dramatically different ways.

Now a few weeks removed from the insanity and crash that comes with helping organize a conference, the magic that is a N2YX is becoming clearer and clearer. And, to risk stating the obvious, this magic is due only in part to the fantastic NetSquared team. Without the support and committment of the N2 community none of this would be possible.

• and last but not least, to the Featured Projects, for putting your very impressive best feet forward and impressing the hell out of me and just about everyone else at the conference. Your hard work, ingenuity, innovation, and dedication was evident and inspiring.
