New Job (Again) - Even More Opportunities

Hi all, yet again I have changed jobs, but never forgotten Net Squared in my many moves to different organizations. I'm now at Discover Jersey Arts, a cosponsored program of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and ArtsPrideNJ. It is a great organization, ready for the social web revolution (finally I'm at a job where they are prepared for this stuff and actually want to integrate these tools into their campaigns!) I'm happy as a kid in a candy store!

One of the initiatives we are talking about is our partnership with NJN Public Television. We want to create a feed for all of our content. My boss is suggesting we do something with delicious, which I agree with and think back to when Beth Kanter started the NPTECH tag. We could start a tag JERSEYARTS on all the tagging sites and hopefully have the same results. Plus we should be able to use the feed on delicious to put some widgets on our site with both NJN content and Discover Jersey Arts content.

Do I have this all wrong, or am I thinking in the right direction? Check out our site at http://www.jerseyarts.com we have a rockin' calendar. My hope is that on each calendar page we can add all the tagging buttons so people can tag events.

I hope everyone is doing marvelously and keeping up the great work! Thanks, talk to ya soon.
