I am the Founding Director of the Global Women's Leadership Center at the Leavey School of Business and Dean's Professor of Leadership, Santa Clara University. I was the CEO of a leadership consulting firm called Center for New Futures.

I have more than thirty years experience in high technology. I am known for the ability to achieve breakthrough results through shifts in thinking. I spent more than ten years as a Vice President and officer in a Fortune 300 IT company (Amdahl) and was CEO and Founder of an early Internet start-up in the education space called Pebblesoft Learning.

I cherish the opportunity to do public speaker on leadership and management. I am proud to be the recipient of the Santa Clara County Commission on the Status on Women's award for contributions to the equality of women.
