Access/Content chicken-and-egg
If the content is valuable,
- entrepreneurs will find ways to provide the information,
- customers will find ways to pay for the information.
There are many examples of this.
Even the development of Web2 is about more flexible tools for a myriad of uses. Yes, high bandwidth Internet access is great, but it is not necessary.
Using the approach of the CyberInstitute, take care of the content, and the access will take care of itself.
