Email or SMS Text to Blog..
I was looking for source that can publish blogs via email or SMS text message from cell phone. I was thinking of this one yesterday but couldn't remember to find any. I mean technically it is very possible, photoflicker does that for image already. Can someone please point me to any such site?

j2me mobile phone app with python+twisted backend

this application [ http://www.mi2.hr/~andy/ngo-phone-ops ] could do want you want.
It allows you take photos , and describe them, then publishes to a backend server (twisted framework server written in python). The back-end server can then do whatever you like - at the moment it converts pngs into jpegs, updates a web-based image gallery, and can email out the uploaded images to email addresses, with the images as attachments. It would be straight forward to publish into a certain blog, via some api.

In wordpress with the use of some plug-ins I think you can email a blog entry, I don't think you can SMS an entry.
Mostly used in the Netherlands (English language available), and more a social networking site, but it has a blog features and I thought you could SMS blog messages;
