This will be a two part program; the first part can be done in five years, or less or much less. Change the gas, coal, or steam electric generation plants to hydrogenation contestable engine plants. This is something we know how to do now. Yes, it will cost a lot of money, but the cost of not doing it will be much higher. We could lose all the cost city's. All production is changed over to hydrogenation contestable engines or electrical. This will take care of about 25% of carbon emissions.

The second part is harder because people will have to give up one of there toys the car as they know it. The electric car works as good as todays if not better. Yes, it cost more but the cost will go down as more are made. I like the car so lets keep them. At, a cost of the first 5 gallons $50.00 dollars per year the second $100.00 dollars per year etc. I will admit this is not zero emissions but the next article will tell how to make this zero.
