    • goal: help NPOs in developing countries to benefit from social web tools w/o technical skills, financial resources, & English language knowledge
    • less than 10% of NPOs/NGOs have an online presence due to lack of financial resources & technical expertise
    • provide social web tools training & support to raise online profile, network with others
      • yearly maintenance contributions, free access to online portal for networking, etc.
    • offline training sessions
