The Caroline County Humane Society's mission is to improve the lives of the animals and citizens of Caroline County by promoting the welfare of, and preventing the abuse of animals, swiftly investigating acts of cruelty, educating the citizens of proper care of animals and operating a progressive, community-friendly shelter that provides a safe haven for unwanted or lost animals.
The success of the Caroline County Humane Society would not be successful without the use of petfinder.org and e-mail communication. These tools allow us to reach people that would otherwise not know we exist. They allow us to find homes for animals that may otherwise be euthanized due to a lack of space and homes.
