N2Y4 Rules and Guidelines

Guidelines:

The Mobile Challenge was designed to highlight new applications for mobile technology for progressive social change. Usually, nonprofits and non-governmental organizations focus on this type of work.
Our goals for the Mobile Challenge remain the same as our goals with all NetSquared Challenges. We want to:

Mine and identify great projects
Help them mobilize appropriate resources
Shine bright lights on the Projects to help them get the access to resources they need

Open Participation:
NetSquared welcomes non-profits, individuals, social entrepreneurs as well as legally defined not-for-profit entities are welcome to submit Projects.

Intellectual Property, Standards, Licensing:

All projects submitted will be governed by the AttributionNon-Commercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States license.

Conflict of Interest:

Projects funded by NetSquared should follow NetSquared guidelines in Policy and Procedures and be diligent to avoid conflict of interest related to the funding, research, or collaborators on the project.
