But all (or 93%, anyway) of our work is in Microsoft products.
And nearly all our bandwidth goes through SBC/AT&T and Verizon.
What if they start turning off our freedom? What backup plan do you recommend?
In the face of the Bush administrations denial of, and many foundations retreat from the "Digital Divide" what policies or strategies must we promote, advocate or demand that would allow us to effectively continue this work, serving those in this oh too real and rapidly widening gap?
