Project Description:
Blacktie is an organization that provides a variety of internet tools to
nonprofit organizations and philanthropists. We form "community" around a

We feature:
- Centralized event calendar, so that organizations can schedule their event without competing with other similar events
- The ability to RSVP online and pay for tickets using electronic checks or credit cards. This information is integrated into the seating chart, the check in sheet and for nametags.
- The ability to take online donations.
- The ability to create HTML invites and newsletters and blast out.
- Seating Chart Software
- Silent Auction software, that allows them to promote and take bids
online and then move to offline and expedite the checkout.
We are active in 5 cities and are forming a social network for nonprofit
personnel to be able to learn and communicate with each other.
