The website will allows non-profit organizations (NPO)  to register and create mobile applications using "application templates", these templates can be:

• Survey: If the NPO wants to gather certain information from a population, for example, violence reports or health surveys.
• Knowledge base: If the NPO wants to share information with a population, for example, mobile access to a health information base or civil rights information.

Each template will include its own setup, for example, a survey allow to create questions  or the knowledge base template allow to specify the information source using a RSS feed or REST API.

When the setup is complete,  a phone number where the users can call will be enabled, and everytime that a user calls the number, she/he will be able to follow the application workflow only using her/his voice.

Finally, the information produced by the applications will be available to the NPOs via RSS feeds or directly from the website.
