In developing sustainable Livestock, Agriculture and ICT development activities at rural level is a vital factor for economic development of our country. Although the usage of ICT related activities are known technologies and methodologies in the urban and suburban areas in Srilanka, the application of ICT for the day to day life in the rural areas are still far away when compare to the other countries in the region. At the same time women and youth play a significant role in house hold economy that makes us to recognize them as our main focus group. Hence empowerment of them, respectively women in the house holds in appropriate technology application and usage while the youth are being trained to dissemination of ICT services at the door step of house holds, development leadership with inside and outbound training and development activities to guide the participants of relevant activities acceptable to them as well as due recognition given for these operators are the most significant factors in our practicing theories. Target group;  Small dairy Farmers/Private/Public sector service ProvidersÂ

We expect to get involve 400 small milk producers in this pilot project and achieve 30% growth in prifitability of the farmers at house hold level.
With the succesfull outcome we expect to eeplicate this project in other areas as well.
In addition: Being an organization located in middle of a cluster of villages, through Our participatory process and the value chain we developed with the assistance of the ILO Enter growth [Enterprise growth for propoor], we found the needs of the women of the households are to get rid of house hold violence, poverty and access to ICT to achieve a better tomorrow for their children. We havebeen playying a very active participatory role with the villagers for the past 3 years by interact with them in developing the social harmony in the villages with tangible outcomes for their needs at house hold level that payed the way to recognized our role in their lifestyle encouraging our existence in social enterprise development.We have 8 ICT training centers at village level to create ICT awareness and facilitated distribution of 1800 CDMA phone on a subsidy scheme to bridge the communication gaps, formed clusters of women engage in various sector activities such as craft, livestock and agro base which altogether around 137 groups consist with 5-10 women per group.Each group has a volunteer leader to manage their own affairs and 8 volunteers are engaged in implementing activities in their neighborhood as well as playing the role of facilitators.Within the period of 3 years we have achieved in establishing 16 enterprises where 420 women are involved in income generating activities. further assisted in developing value chains in Dairy, Floriculture, Coir and Packaging to enhance their efforts while bring in relevant stake holders improving the linkages in the value chain.Capacity building and awareness on Conflict Resolution, Violence, HIV /Reproductive Health has been carried out with the assistance of various institutions and agencies.
