Orphanage and support against brutal killing of Tribal children

Challenges Entered:

There are many acient tribal practicies which need to be addressed and stopped, With the support of a key tribal elder, "Mengay" children will be rescued from the land and taken to an off-site orphanage, at this point the children will be cared for and either adopted or kept in saftey and educated in Ethiopia.

On-going education is to be given to tribal communities with the support of the educated elders to try to stop the brutal killing of these innocent children, also the other practices such as whipping of innocent woman which happens when thier brothers get married and circumcision of young females- which happens to girls at the age of 7-12 only because the men believe an un-circumsized woman would be more likely to cheat on them, this is preformed with un-sterilized equiptment.

Through the correct support and education these practices can end.
