The Southern California Library is an independent, specialized library in South Los Angeles. We are embarking on a community enterprise project to strengthen the Library’s technology environment and create an interactive website that incorporates Web2.0 technologies. We are looking for possible resources and recommendations with regard to generating an e-commerce business plan and legal advice on copyright issues, as well as with identifying technology vendors/services for outsourcing discrete pieces of the project.
