Net Tuesday Philly has posted a three part video of their June 3rd meetup. Organizers Seth Horwitz and Ivan Boothe reported back about their experience at the NetSquared Conference (N2Y3), and Larry Miller talked about the I Do Foundation and their use of extensible meeting and process management.
Hi. I'm Seth Horwitz, and I'm thrilled to be participating in N2Y3. I recently helped start Net Tuesday Philly (with co-organizer Ivan Boothe), which had its first meeting May 6. My orientation comes from a library/information science background, and I've been involved and interested in social networking for decades (much, of course, in "offline" formats). Lately, after starting communishare.org, I've begun consulting under the CommuniShare Consulting shingle. I feel passionately about the potential role of the social web in helping the world repair and transform itself, and I look forward to meeting others to share ideas, ambitions and inspiration.
Seth Horwitz and Bob Leming are launching Net Tuesdays in Philadelphia, PA!
If you want to meet social changemakers and web innovators in Philly and help/attend the first event, email Seth at seth@communishare.org.
