N2 Redesign: What You See, Don't See, and Will See Soon

The first major round of the NetSquared site redesign is now live, but as you click around the site you might be thinking, "Where's the beef?"

Much of this upgrade was focused behind-the-scenes and not as much on the side of the site you see; though that will flip-flop in the next round in a couple weeks.  Below is a run through of what we've implemented so far that you can see, an overview of the dramatic back-end improvements we've made, and a preview of what is still to come in the first half of December.

NetSquared Redesign: The Search for a New Home[page]

We are working on a redesign of the NetSquared platform.  With feedback from the Community and even from ourselves, we have put together a big list of wishes and needs.  After some great redesign mockups, we are ready to invite the Community back into the conversation to help us continue the process.  (Learn more about the redesign here.)  Today, we're focusing in on the home page!

NetSquared Redesign: A Community-Driven Remodel

NetSquared is the online landing pad for social changemakers leveraging technology for social change.  Over the last four years, we have hacked and gutted the various Drupal modules that make up the online NetSquared experience to provide users with easy ways to connect to useful tools and each other.

Translating Community Input Into Insight

During the N2Y4 Mobile Challenge, we created a feedback form for users to evaluate the Voting process but also the site in general.  More than 100 people weighed-in with their views and reviews, and someone even stepped up to help create some design concepts! (Thanks to Matthew of theCoup!)
