Contribute to WeAreMedia Module 6: ROI of the Social Media
As we've mentioned in past posts, NTEN and Beth Kanter are in the midst of facilitating a community created curriculum, We Are Media Project: The Social Media Starter Kit for Nonprofits.
Each week you can contribute to a new part of the project. This week's section is Module 6: Considering the ROI of Social Media. They'd like your input on these questions:
- What are the benefits, both tangible and intangible, that a social media strategy might offer? What value does our social media strategy provide to our organization or stakeholders?
- What type of quantitative and qualitative information do we need to track to measure our success or learn how to improve our social media strategy?
