 <description>&lt;p&gt;What a amazing list of ideas and projects! The more I read this, the more I feel - so much more to be done. Can&amp;#39;t resist quoting a line from a Bengali poet, Rabindranath Tagore (who was also a Noble Laureate back in 1913) - &amp;quot;The root of wealth or poverty lies in the ends we have in mind, not in the means to those ends. If the hand is ready then finding the instrument of action should not be difficult&amp;quot;.
